These Terms of Service govern your use of WeMustCreate (Search Playbook) services and website. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Services Provided
WeMustCreate provides digital marketing services including local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, website creation, online reputation management, data protection consulting, and emergency digital safety response. Specific services are detailed in individual service agreements and proposals.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your business
- Grant necessary access to accounts, websites, and platforms
- Respond to requests for information or approval within reasonable timeframes
- Follow legal and ethical guidelines in your business operations
- Pay agreed fees according to payment terms
- Inform us of changes affecting service delivery
Payment Terms
One-Time Services: Payment due before work begins unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.
Ongoing Services: Monthly fees due at the beginning of each service period.
Late Payments: Services may be suspended for accounts more than 14 days overdue. Interest may be charged on late payments.
Refunds: Governed by specific money-back guarantees stated in service agreements. No refunds for completed work.
Service Guarantees and Limitations
We provide professional services but cannot guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes. Search engine algorithms, platform policies, and competitive landscapes change constantly and are beyond our control.
Where specific guarantees are offered (such as 60-day money-back guarantees), terms are detailed in service agreements and require good faith compliance with our recommendations.
We are not liable for losses resulting from search engine algorithm changes, platform policy changes, or actions by competitors.
Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of your business information, logos, photos, and content. You grant us license to use this content for service delivery.
Our Work Product: You own websites, content, and materials we create specifically for your business after full payment. You do not own our methods, processes, templates, or proprietary tools.
Educational Materials: Free educational content remains our property. You may use it for your own business but not redistribute or resell it.

1. About Search Playbook
Search Playbook is a digital optimization and advisory service operated by WeMustCreate, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. We provide services across three pillars: Visibility (local search optimization), Privacy (reputation management and content suppression), and Safety (digital threat response and cyber hygiene).
Search Playbook operates as a sole proprietorship. All services are delivered personally by the operator unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Services
2.1 Scope of Services
Services are scoped individually per client engagement. The Free Audit provides a general overview of visibility, reputation, and cyber hygiene at no charge. Paid services commence only after a written scope and price has been agreed upon by both parties.
2.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes
Search Playbook provides optimization, guidance, and advisory services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to:
- Specific search engine rankings or positions
- Revenue, leads, or customer acquisition targets
- Complete removal of content from third-party platforms
- Specific response times from platforms to removal requests
- Restoration of compromised accounts
Results depend on platform cooperation, algorithm changes, legal frameworks, and factors outside our control. We will always act in the client's best interest and communicate progress honestly.
2.3 Pricing
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of any applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Prices displayed on this website are indicative starting points ("From" pricing). Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work commences. Search Playbook reserves the right to update pricing at any time.
3. Payment
Payment terms are confirmed per engagement. Standard terms require a deposit before work commences with the balance due on completion. Payment methods include EFT, PayFast, and other methods as agreed. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless Search Playbook fails to deliver the agreed scope.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information required to deliver services
- Responding to requests for information or approvals within agreed timeframes
- Ensuring they have the legal right to any content, profiles, or accounts we are asked to optimize or manage
- Not using Search Playbook services for any unlawful purpose
5. Confidentiality
Search Playbook treats all client information as strictly confidential. We do not discuss, share, or disclose client situations, names, or details to any third party without explicit written consent, except where required by law.
This confidentiality commitment is especially important for Privacy and Safety protocol clients. All communications are handled through secure channels including ProtonMail and WhatsApp.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on searchplaybook.blogspot.com including text, design, frameworks, playbooks, and methodology belongs to WeMustCreate / Search Playbook. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this content without written permission.
Content created for clients during service delivery (Google Sites, profile copy, etc.) becomes the property of the client upon final payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Search Playbook's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Many of our services involve working with third-party platforms (Google, Meta, WhatsApp, etc.). Search Playbook is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the actions, policies, or decisions of these platforms. Platform decisions regarding removal requests, account reinstatement, or ranking changes are outside our control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, Gauteng.
10. Changes to These Terms
Search Playbook reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

- With your explicit consent — for example, submitting a removal request to Google on your behalf

- With platform operators as part of delivering Safety or Privacy services (always with your knowledge)
6. Your Rights Under POPIA
As a data subject under POPIA, you have the right to:

- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa

Termination
By You: You may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Refunds are provided only according to specific guarantee terms. You remain responsible for payment for services already delivered.
By Us: We may terminate services immediately if you violate these terms, engage in unethical practices, fail to pay, or if continuing the relationship is impractical. You receive refunds only for services not yet delivered.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from services is limited to the amount you paid for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Create fake reviews, manipulate ratings, or engage in deceptive practices
- Promote illegal products or services
- Harm, harass, or threaten others
- Spread malware or engage in hacking
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. Existing service agreements are governed by terms in effect when the agreement was signed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
